The Mackinac County E911 Coordinator is responsible for the implementation, management and operation of the Mackinac County 911 Final Plan. The Coordinator is under the immediate direction of the Mackinac County Central Dispatch Board and overall direction of the Board of Commissioners. This person is also responsible for all administrative functions of the 911 program including budget and management of resources.
