MSU Extension - Mackinac County
MSU Extension
Michigan State University Extension helps people improve their lives through an educational process that applies knowledge to critical issues, needs and opportunities. Extension provides information and offers ongoing educational programs in five areas:
- Building strong communities
- Helping youth succeed
- Enhancing profitablity in agriculture
- Encouraging responsible use of land and natural resources
- Building healthy families
These programs have similar goals - they seek to help people better understand their environments, make the best possible use of their resources and enhance the quality of life for themselves, their families and their communities through education and wise decision making.
