Payments can be made online at MiSDU.com, by mailing to MiSDU using the coupons and envelopes provided. Our office will not be available to take cash payments.

Friend of the Court Duties
The Friend of the Court provides services in:
- child support matters
- situations of disputed child custody or parenting time
Primary functions include:
- collection of child support payments
- enforcement of child support, custody and parenting time orders
- recommendations for custody, parenting time and support

The Friend of the Court Handbook has information about the general duties of the Friend of the Court office.
Please contact the Mackinac County Friend of the Court, (906) 643-7336, with any questions you may have regarding the handbook, as some procedures may vary for each Friend of the Court office.
To check the status of child support payments and other case information, call the 24-hour FOC “Interactive Voice Response” (IVR) System at 877-543-2660.
